Over the past three years, and under my leadership as a principal, we have seen remarkable growth across our learning community, reflecting EEP’s mission to deliver inclusive, high-quality education and foster continuous development. Our partnership with the French Institute led to the LabelFrancÉducation certification for our French school, with teachers maintaining their credentials for two consecutive years. Faculty achievements include BELC certification, AFLE professional development, DELF examiner accreditation up to B2, and collaboration with UTOPIA, providing diverse academic and cultural opportunities. We have expanded global connections through an AFS student exchange program, introduced a fully integrated ICT curriculum with Algorithm, and partnered with VLABI to bring interactive learning and virtual lab experiences to our classrooms. Our students remain at the heart of our progress, excelling academically and in national competitions such as the EEP Act for Impact challenge , “Speak Up,” the “Math Whiz Challenge,” and various STEM and robotics events. These achievements reflect our commitment to holistic development, arts, athletics, and leadership. Our curriculum, rooted in the Egyptian National framework and enhanced with international best practices, ensures future-ready learning. We continue to invest in teacher training through partners like Teach-O-Gen, equipping staff with modern tools and methodologies. We are also committed to building community stability, supporting teacher retention, and strengthening trust with parents through open communication.
